Gareth Roberts

Chairman of the Board

Gareth Roberts has over 40 years of experience in the oil business working initially as a geologist for Texaco, Murphy Oil and Coho Resources. He founded Denbury Management, Inc. in 1990, which subsequently became Denbury Resources, Inc. (TSE, NYSE). Mr. Roberts was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Denbury from 1992 to 2009 and served as a Director until 2011. He has served on the board of Genesis Energy Inc. (NYSE) as Chairman and as a Director of Belden & Blake Corp. He founded Petro Harvester Oil and Gas in 2011 and is the current Chairman.

Mr. Roberts holds honors and master degrees in Geology from St. Edmund Hall, Oxford University, where he has been elected to an Honorary Fellowship. He has also been elected to the Oxford Chancellors Court of Benefactors.

Lewis Gillies

President, Chief Executive Officer

Lewis Gillies serves as Petro Harvester’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Petro Harvester Mr. Gillies served as Chief Executive Officer at 2Co Energy, Ltd, UK. While at 2Co, he focused on 120 million Barrel North Sea opportunity as well as natural CO2, Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) in the United States. Prior to 2Co, he was the CEO for Hydrogen Energy International, Ltd. where he led initiatives that included generating low carbon power from fossil fuels, in conjunction with carbon capture and storage (CCS) with CO2 Enhanced Oil Recovery. His portfolio includes projects with a capital investment program in excess of $5bn in the Abu Dhabi and a direct staff of 100 people and indirect staff exceeding 200.

Joe Schimelpfening

Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer

Joe Schimelpfening joined Petro Harvester in September 2014 as Senior Vice President and COO. Previously, Mr. Schimelpfening was the SVP - Upstream Business at Eagle Rock Energy Partners, L.P. where he managed Eagle Rock’s upstream business since 2007, which included assets in the Mid-Continent, South Alabama, East Texas and the Permian basin. He was a founding member and served as VP of Operations for Montierra Minerals and Production, L.P. before it contributed its minerals assets to Eagle Rock in 2007. Prior to Montierra, he held various management positions in operations, engineering and asset development with El Paso Production Company in its domestic onshore and Gulf of Mexico E&P operations. Mr. Schimelpfening began his career with Sonat Exploration Company, serving in various engineering positions, after receiving his Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1984. His is a licensed professional engineer in Texas.

Dennis Justus

Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Justus joined Petro Harvester in November 2010 as Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. He has over 35 years of experience in the energy industry, having served most recently as Chief Financial Officer for Tecton Energy, LLC. Prior to Tecton, he held senior finance positions with Unocal Corp., BHP, and Monsanto. Mr. Justus earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia and is a member of the American Institute of CPA's and the Texas Society of CPA's.

Graeme Miller

Senior Vice President, EOR, Midstream & Commercial

Graeme Miller joined Petro Harvester as Senior Vice President of EOR, Midstream and Commercial Development. Prior to Petro Harvester, Mr. Miller served as the Development/Managing Director at 2Co Energy. While at 2Co he was accountable for leading the development of a 900MW power plant with carbon capture enabling a 120 million Barrel North Sea CO2 Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) opportunity.  Prior to that he served as Vice President & Commercial Director at Hydrogen Energy International, Ltd. in Los Angeles. While there he led the commercial team for a 250MW power plant with carbon capture for CO2 EOR in California and developed a pipeline of anthropogenic CO2 EOR opportunities in the United States and Canada. Mr. Miller began his career with BP Engineering in 1988. He served in numerous international leadership roles with them until 2011.  He is a chartered engineer and member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology having graduated with honors from Edinburgh University in 1987 and holds an MBA from the Open University.

K. Bradleigh LeBlanc

Senior Vice President, General Counsel

Ms. LeBlanc joined Petro Harvester in August of 2016 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. She has over twenty-five years of experience as an attorney, including over 20 years working as in-house counsel at multiple large corporations. Prior to Petro Harvester, Ms. LeBlanc held the position of Senior Counsel with Occidental Chemical Corporation. While there, she led major projects and negotiated both public and private mergers and acquisitions, and was the primary counsel for the company's International division. Prior to joining Occidental, Ms. LeBlanc was an Associate General Counsel at STMicroelectronics, and Senior Attorney at JCPenney. Ms. LeBlanc began her career at Haynes and Boone, LLP in Dallas after receiving her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law.

Gary Watson

Vice President, Northern Business

Mr. Watson joined Petro Harvester in April 2012. He has over 34 years experience in both domestic and international operations. Mr. Watson began his career with Texaco in 1979 as a Reservoir Engineer ultimately progressing to District Operations Engineer. He served in various positions at Santa Fe Minerals, Inc., including Manager of Project Development, until their assets were sold in 1995. At that time, he began in the international arena as the General Manager of Vintage Oil Argentina and then Latin America, after which he was promoted to Vice President of the Canadian Operations, and Vice President – International prior to the sale to Occidental in 2006. Most recently, Mr. Watson was the Director of Oil & Gas Operations for Millbrae Energy. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.

Lonnie Ashley

Vice President, Southern Business

Mr. Ashley joined Petro Harvester in November of 2015 as Vice President - Southern Business. Previously, Mr. Ashley formed Longshadow Consulting, LLC where he and a team of engineers and consultants provide engineering, operations and wellsite consulting within the oil and gas industry. Before he started consulting, he was partner and Sr. Vice President of Operations with Legado Resources. He was responsible for the planning, development and implementation of operations activities for all of Legado’s assets. Prior to Legado, Lonnie was with Denbury Resources. He was with Denbury during its infancy stage as their first engineer and operations manager for Mississippi. For the 13 years, he helped grow the company from a small independent oil company, focused on redeveloping mature fields in Mississippi and Louisiana, into the largest CO2-flooding operator east of the Mississippi. He held various engineering positions with Conoco in West Texas and Houston after receiving his Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Mississippi State University in 1983.

Chris Mundy

Vice President, Reserves and Planning

Mr. Mundy joined Petro Harvester in August 2013 as Vice President - Reserves and Planning. Most recently, Mr. Mundy was the Vice President - Chief Reservoir Engineer with Quicksilver Resources Inc. where he had served in various capacities since 2008 including Manager, Engineering. He began his career in 1996 with PanCanadian Petroleum Ltd. as a production engineer for the Weyburn Unit. Additionally, he has also held positions in Canada at Ross Smith Energy Group, Quicksilver Resources and Twin Butte Energy. Mr. Mundy holds a B.A. Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo. He is a registered professional engineer with Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).
